Refund Policy

To return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original purchase invoice.
  • Replacement within one month only.
  • Return within one week from the date of the invoice.
  • Return to the same branch from which the invoice was issued.
  • The returned goods must be in their original condition, properly packaged and in good condition.
  • In the case of returning the goods, the transportation is done at the customer's expense.
  • The customer's signature on the invoice or delivery receipt releases the driver and the company from any responsibility and confirms that the goods are intact, complete, and as required.
  • The company is not responsible for the identity of the recipient as it is the customer's responsibility.
  • Unloading of goods should be done in front of the site and not inside the site (building or villa).

Regarding the return and replacement of water heaters:

  • The heater is replaced in case of a manufacturing defect in the heater body.
  • For heaters that have multiple importers and have maintenance centers in the kingdom, their warranty is provided by the parent company, not by Top To Trade Company.

Regarding the return and replacement of mixers:

  • The mixer is replaced in case of a manufacturing defect in the mixer body only.
  • If there is a defect in the internal parts of the mixer (core, cables, mounting set), they are replaced.
  • In case of replacing the entire mixer, the company has the right to deduct the value of consumption based on the warranty period.

Cases where returns or replacements are not possible:

  • Returns or replacements cannot be made without the original purchase invoice.
  • Specific or specially used materials cannot be returned or replaced.
  • Materials that are considered part of a complete unit cannot be returned or replaced unless all other parts are present.
  • Any materials that the company has discontinued cannot be returned or replaced unless there are manufacturing defects within the allowed period.
  • Any product with an expiration date cannot be returned or replaced.
  • In the case of ordering a bathtub and taking measurements, it cannot be returned or replaced.
  • In the case of ordering a custom marble sink, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • Goods on sale or with a discount cannot be replaced or returned.
