If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us first. Customers have the right to return a product within 3 days of receiving it, provided that the item is in its original condition and has not been altered in any way. The customer will bear all shipping costs, and the product amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
Customers may exchange a product with another one before the shipment is dispatched. After the shipment has been sent, exchange is allowed within 3 business days, and the customer must cover all shipping costs and any price difference if applicable.
If the product is defective or does not match the specifications mentioned at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within 3 days. In this case, the customer must provide proof of the shipping cost, including: the shipment number, carrier name, and cost. The full amount will be refunded accordingly.
Products that are part of discounts or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless a defect is found in the product.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
If more than 3 days have passed since receiving the product.
If the product has been altered from its original condition for any reason.
If the product has been used beyond basic testing or trial.
If the product was custom-made based on the customer’s specific request or custom specifications.
